Our Rules.
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are unhappy/would like something adjusted, please let us know when you pick up your dog. We offer a free touch up within 3days (excluded body length), any after return visits are treated as a new appointment and charged accordingly.
When working with sharp tools there is always the possibility of an accident. Cuts, nicks, burns are all things that can happen during a grooming session. Some pets are harder to handle than others and accidents can occur. There are also times when mat burns show after they are shaved out. This is not caused by the groomer being careless, but the severity of the mats. Should any cuts occur during the grooming process, we will notify you and advise you on how to treat these. Injuries caused due to the condition of the dog or cats matting is NOT the responsibility of Le Mia and any vet costs due to these are at the expense of the client.

Dangerous or Aggressive Animals
Please let us know, if your dogs might be dangerous to groom or could potentially bite the groomers, we have the right to use a muzzle to protect ourselves and the finish looks might not be as you expected, thanks for your understanding.
Client will be charged appropriately for work completed to that point.
Double Coats or
Heavy Coats
We are no longer taking any bookings of double or heavy coats if your dog haven't been groomed more than 3 months and we reserve the right of final decision.
Matted Coats
Dogs with severely matted coats require extra attention. We will not cause serious or undue stress to dogs by de-matting. Mats can be difficult to remove and may require the dog to be shaved. Removing a heavily matted coat can cause nicks, cuts or abrasions. Heavy matting can also trap moisture and urine near the dog’s skin, allowing mold, fungus or bacteria to grow, and or revealing skin irritations that existed prior to the grooming process. After effects of the mat removal can include itchiness, redness, self-inflicted irritations or abrasions, and failure of hair to regrow. If your pet needs to be shaved to remove matting, you acknowledge that you agree to this procedure and any risk. There is an additional charge for this process.
Elderly Dogs
Please let us know if your dogs are over 15 years old. Frail or too elderly we may not be able to groom your dogs due to the conditions of elder dogs are unpredictable.
Payment
Payment is strictly due at time of pick up. Pricing is subject to change.
